First launched in 1953, this magnificent 30 foot gaff rigged ketch is built with Queensland cedar above the waterline, including the cabin and interior. (carvel planked below). The deck is plywood, white beech laid with ply/dynel over, and it is finished with an Oregon Bowsprit. She has a Lister diesel 15hp motor with both electric and hand start. The rigging is stainless steel with a mixture of roll swages, poured bronze sockets and Norseman style ends with heavy duty stainless turnbuckles and pins. There is comfortable accomodation for 4 people and the cabin contains a eutectic fridge and freezer, metho cooker in a forward galley and a Sony TV, video and CD player.
