Built in 1913, MV Perth (aka Riverboat Gambler) is a piece of boating history that is an ex charter and passenger ferry that would make an excellent functions-cruise vessel or luxury houseboat and is currently on a permanent mooring (at $500.00 per year.) She was in full survey until recently doing river cruises and really lends herself to going back into that industry.
