Purchased new in 2004 by the current owner, this Honda powered 800 Patriot is in excellent condition. Our last 800 listing in this condition recently travelled from Devonport to Karratha in W.A. showing that these classic fishos in this condition are in demand. This Haines is powered by twin 4 stroke Honda 150's (280 hours mostly at trawl speeds), this make now renowned for it's reliability and longevity, with super results reported by those who use them commercially. The Hondas are set up with counter rotating stainless steel props, Volvo QL trim tabs and are fuelled by a 500 litre tank.The vessel is equipped to fish for any of the bluewater species, with the factory hardtop, rocket launcher, live bait tank, custom baitboard, tackle locker, cray pot hauling arm with side protector, numerous rod holders and underfloor kill tanks. An array of Raymarine electronics awaits the new owner including C1200 digital sounder, GPS plotter, Raymarine Auto Helm and VHF radio. A 50 litre fresh water tank, stern entry door, front and side clears, electric anchor winch and all the safety gear including a 406 EPIRB complete the picture. The vessel rides on a 2001 series Mackay tandem super roller trailer with sensor brakes and a 70mm ball is included in the deal.
