"Dirty Harry" was born in 1977, he was GRP, measured 14.32 metres long, 4.2 metres wide and drew a metre of water when bathing. Powered by a 1985 Caterpillar 3406 400HP diesel (controlled via hydraulic power steering) with a Nigita gearbox, he will happily cruise at 13 knots using just 38 litres per hour from the 2100 litre (4 tanks) supply. "Harry" supports four crew with 4 single bunks, a hot shower and a nice galley with two burner stove, sink and fridge. Naturally "Harry" is a worker and a hydraulic pot hauler a 500KG bait freezer and a 450KG cray tank (below decks) are part of what he has to offer. He further offers the new owner a shaft rope cutter, seawater desalinator, engine use meter, a Muir electric anchor winch and an 8 KVA Isuzu generator. A bristling array of electronic gear keeps "Harry" cool calm and collected in all situations, Furuno 1941 radar, a Furuno FCV382 sounder, a Furuno FVC1200L sounder, a CETREK autopilot, 27 meg, VHF, UHF and SSB radios, a Furuno GP1650 GPS, a Furuno GD188 GPS, two plotters and 12V/24V/240v spotlights are all part of his inventory. Harry is certified 3C for survey with an inspection in the not too distant future. Naturally Harry never leaves home without a full compoiment of safety gear including a new EPIRB and two electric bilge pumps.
