The current owner (for the last 12 years) is in fact only the second owner of this lovely Randell. "The One" had her motors (twin 165HP Volvos) subjected to a complete rebuild in 2008 and the legs were given the same treatment in 2009 so running gear is in excellent nic. The twin diesels have only clocked up 200 hours since and with 500 litres of fuel at their disposal the Randell will cruise at 18 knots all day long and very economically. Bunks for 6, sink, stove and oven, fridge, hot showers and a brand new macerating toilet ensure enjoyable and relaxing stopovers at Rottnest or any of the multitude of idyllic locations we have around the nation. 3 heavy duty batteries spark up the motors, cabin appliances and lights, and the electric anchor winch, whilst shore power shares the load when in berth. "The One" has a flybridge bimini and front and side clears which are only 18 months old and a full cockpit bimini (excellent protection from harmful UV). New carpets, curtains and upholstery have been fitted and the Randell also offers 3 large inbuilt iceboxes, wipers, marlin board and stern access ladder. Most certainly whilst the flybridge could do with a new carpet and a little bit of upholstery work, as the photos show this vessel is very nice below decks.
